Hands-on course in Arlington, VA

Cell Phone Repair Course

Learn to open a phone without damage, replace the screen, battery, camera and back glass, and test it after the repair. Then go further into charging ports and the board. Saturdays in Arlington, VA.

Saturday class

From your first screen to the board.

Phone repair starts at Basic, and it needs no experience. You work on real phones from the first class, with your instructor next to you, and you learn to update, restore and test a phone after the repair.

When you want more, Intermediate takes you inside: reading schematics, finding a short on the board and replacing charging ports. Advanced goes on to stacked phone boards and data recovery.

What you learn in Intermediate

Why once a week

One class a week.
Six days to make it yours.

Every class is 100% practice, with no theory to sit through. You learn one skill in detail on Saturday, and for the rest of the week you do it yourself until your hands know it.

  1. Saturday

    Learn it in class

You go through the skill in detail, hands on, with your instructor next to you. You leave with homework.

  2. Sunday to Friday

    Practice every day

You practice what you learned every day, in your free time.

  3. Next Saturday

    Exam, then the next class

You start with an exam on last week's skill. Then the next class begins.

If you don't practice between classes, even ten hours with an instructor is wasted time and money. That's why classes are once a week.

Questions

Before you
sign up.

Not for Basic. Intermediate starts after Basic, and Advanced after Intermediate or with professional board-level experience.

Is it really hands-on?

Yes. You work on real devices from the first class, with the instructor next to you.

Can I learn just one repair?

Is it for kids or adults?

Both. Anyone age 8 and up can enroll, kids and adults alike. The Basic level needs no experience, and the levels don't depend on age.
